The menu of this month includes: 

Creamy Butter Paneer (Indian cheese cooked in tomato and cream-based gravy), Dal Makhni (Black Lentils cooked in butter with mild spices) and Cumin Rice (Rice tossed with Cumin Seeds). It will be complemented by Carrot Raita (Yoghurt Based Dip) to complete the menu.
