Holidays are coming! And what better way to celebrate December than with a social get together! On December 8 there was already a festive Hubmasmarket in our Geneva location, but for the ones who couldn’t get enough, a new opportunity arrived on December 20. A Christmas party in the brand new Impact Hub Lausanne!

In the late afternoon Lausanne opened their doors for friends and family. There was a bar filled with snacks and mulled wine, a live DJ Set and a warm and welcoming staff, what else do you need? It was not only a good moment to chat and to cheer, but also a great moment to network a little bit more.

On this special occasion a few Impact Hub members got the opportunity to present their projects to the audience. Like for example Michael Mullins, who is specialized in cloud technology and helps companies with the implementation of smart software solutions with his company Mullins. Or the girls from Fairtravelspot, who promote Fairtrade spots amongst travellers and who built a platform to give travelers an insight in sustainable and local hotspots.

Other inspiration came from Powerling, one of the biggers language services providers in the world who offer smart language solutions in different fields. Or from the people from Mygreentrip who promote sustainable travelling and promote and connect travelers with the aim to help clean natural polluted places during their holidays trips.

For the people who needed some extra (distr)action, there was Jonathan who brought his Ocolus Rift. The chance to discover the virtual reality world. We can definitely recommend an unique experience like this! But there was more fun when the Impact Hub choir showed up. With lovely voices and even lovelier smiles they did an excellent performance and sang the most wonderful Christmas songs.
