Join forces with the Digital Women community to explore Financial Inclusion and Equality with Ed Tech by introducing the MNYMSTRS e-learning platform and offer all the participants a chance to check out the latest addition to the platform – the Arena (trading game).

MNYMSTRS was launched in early 2021 by a small team of people with the vision to be advocates for financial literacy and financial empowerment. MNYMSTRS (1.0) is a free online Financial Education Platform with one purpose – to improve financial literacy so anyone can make better decisions about the money.

About the speaker:

Ekta Sikder is a proven expert in delivering business insights, based on the data-driven evaluation. As Product Owner at MNYMSTRS, Ekta is Responsible for the continuous growth and development of the Academy at MNYMSTRS. Her previous experiences include assisting start-ups and SMEs with business planning optimization, dashboard analysis, strategic budgeting models, and financing solutions.

Set-up – Have the participants register and login into the platform

Check out – Have participants check out the Academy and complete an exercise to gain coins to participate in the Arena (trading game)

7:00-7:15 pm

Participate in the trading game – Have participants set up an initial investment portfolio to participate.

7:15-8:00 pm

Play the game, interact with the MNYMSTRS team to ask questions and comments, enjoy a drink and discuss finance issues facing us today.

8:00-8:30 pm

Announce winners – The top 3 players will each received a voucher to be given to a charity of their choice (based on a list provided).
